LEADERSHIP

F3 is intended to be led by the PAX, meaning each man who is in F3 should consider himself willing and ready to lead — or “Q,” in F3 parlance — a workout, event, or any other initiative consistent with the mission and core principles of F3.

The growth and dynamism of F3 is seen most clearly at the Regional level, where our Regional Qs lead F3 pax in launching new workouts, thinking up new ways to promote the Second and Third Fs and hatching new ideas for CSAUP (Completely Stupid And Utterly Pointless) F3 Events. Just as the 50 United States have been described as the “laboratories of democracy,” the regions are where F3 innovation takes place.

Visit our Directory (after logging on), find PAX Email Address, Phone Numbers, Attendance, etc. and make sure all your information (Birth name, Birth date, F3 Name, Twitter Handle, Email Address, Mobile Number, Emergency Contact Info) is updated here.

Our main social media is Twitter. It allows us to engage with F3 Nation as a whole.

Pictures, schedules and videos can be found on our Facebook Page.

We also have a regional presence on Instagram, YouTube, and nationally on LinkedIn.

We have internal communication on Slack, direct and group messaging, fill out the form below if you want to join!

Need to type a Backblast or Informational Post, follow this link for instructions.

Have a question, need or comment? Ask or tell us. Aye!
