Ruck up Sandbags up

Ruck up with SB the first level ramp-Ruck down the stairs

Rucks only repeat

Ruck up with SB the 1st and 2nd level ramp-then down the stairs
Rucks only repeat

Continue likewise for the remaining 3 levels

Flip Flop

Ruck and SB up and up the entire 5 levels via stairs and down the ramp

Ruck and SB down the ramp to the basement of the cooler and back up
Repeat

Done!
