What a beautiful morning for a good long Ruck. The PAX was circled up and ready to go when Ramses and I made our way to FP. Upon arrival it was time to roll and we were off. In total we went 4 miles in just at an hour so the pace was really moving today. Great fellowship as always, see you next week.
