It was a Good Good Friday.  Fridays are normally RunForgiven, but with it being Good Friday the decision was made to ruck instead.  We set out in the gloom with our ruck sacks on and took turns carrying a wooden cross on our shoulders as we ventured through town.  As the added load got heavy, we all knew it was minimal compared to the load that was carried for all of us.

We were able to get in just over 3 miles in 53 minutes and some great fellowship.  Largemouth did a great job of capturing the experience.  Check it out @F3Washington if you haven’t seen it.
