Best crowd yet for RunForgiven. We’ve been talking it up for months, but it took Cornhole to rally the troops. It had to be due to his inspirational Q on the previous day…or maybe it was high hopes of him leading some more “Pickle Pointers” on Highway 17?
Largemouth, Duct Tape, Kickball, Ramses, Double D, Woody, Wolverine, and Enron got started at 0500 for some EC with 1.25 miles logged. Circled back to the AO at 0515 to meet up with Cornhole and Tinkerbell.
Cornhole had worked up a plan for a modified version of RunForgiven for the “pack mules”, as he and Woody self-proclaimed themselves . Cornhole, Woody, Tinkerbell, & Wolverine set out and were able to knock out:
- 5-minute warm up walk
- 1/2 mile run
- 1/4 mile walk
- 3/4 mile run
- 1/4 mile walk
- 1/2 mile run
The rest of the PAX were able to get in another 4.75 miles for a total of 6.09 on the day in just over 54 minutes.
Largemouth closed us out with prayer before we departed. Hoping to get the same group out again next week with hopefully a few more PAX since there’s something for everyone.
