YHC had the privilege to Q 10 PAX this morning for a full body workout with Dora and Mary.  YHC gave the disclaimer and got right to work.

Warmup

The Thang

Mosey to First Baptist Church where everyone partnered up and grabbed a cinder block.  YHC instructed PAX that we would be performing Dora with the blocks.  PAX rotated through to get 100 curls, 200 derkins, & 300 box jumps / step-ups, alternating between running around the church while the other partner resumed the workout.

Before leaving the church, YHC called for 25 WWIIs.

Moseyed to the boardwalk, stopping at the bench.  YHC circled back for the six without providing instruction to the PAX.  However, upon returning the PAX were in the process of performing dips and derkins.  This is what it’s all about…no standing around and making the most of our 45 minutes.

Moseyed to the dock on the waterfront and instructed PAX to get on their six.

  • 15 Dolly IC
  • 20 American Hammers IC
  • 25 Flutter Kicks IC

Short mosey to the AO and circled up. Held plank for the remaining 3 minutes and YHC periodically called for a slow-motion merkin, which we were able to work in about 10.

Throughout the workout, we were able to also get in 2.2 miles.
