In honor of the real men participating in a real Sasquatch over in Greenville on the same date, we cooked up a mini Sasquatch for the not so real men in Washington. We called it SSAAP (Somewhat stupid and almost pointless). After warm  up, we moseyed for one mile and returned to the AO where Double D made us climb the ladder. We did 20 curls each arm with a weight or kettle bell, then ran to bathroom (not literally) where we completed 20 merkins; back to starting spot and did 19 curls, and so on. Double D modified as we approached 10-this was a brutal exercise.  All in all, a total of 165 curls each arm, and 165 merkins, in about a 10 minute span.

We then moseyed for another mile and returned to the AO where yours truly had the Bermuda Triangle ready to go.  Due to time constraints I modified this exercise to include 5 burpies at each cone with a jump twist, with some form of exercise in between each cone such as an Imperial Walker. We then completed 15 WWIIs, Wheezy Jeffersons, and LBCs at each cone.

We then moseyed for one more mile and back to the AO, exceeding the normal one hour time limit by a few minutes. Count O Rama and COT followed.
