Warm Up:  20 SSH; 20 Mountain Climbers; 20 High Knees; 20 Plank Jacks

 

The Thang: Start at the stairs at The Murphy Center.  10 merkins, then lap up the stairs (5 sets).  Next mosey to the other stairs for 10 WWI, then lap up the stairs (5 sets).  Next head to the Minges Tunnel.  Each PAX called10 seconds BTW followed by either 10 merkins or 10 WWI (alternated down the wall).  Next mosey to The Charlie Brown Tennis Courts and line up on the base line.  PAX #1 would lead 5 merkins and the PAX would bear crawl to the net for PAX #2 to lead us in 5 WWI.  Run back to the baseline and repeat until all PAX had called an exercise.  Next Mosey back to the Minges Tunnel.  Pax #1 called 5 seconds BTW, PAX #2 lead 5 merkins, PAX #3 lead 5 WWI and repeat until all 10 PAX had a turn. Next mosey back to the stairs by the Pirate Statue. PAX #1 called 5 merkins, PAX #2 called 5 WWI, then run the stairs (5 sets).  Next mosey back to the starting stairs and YHC called out 5 merkins and 5 WWI and then run the stairs and jailbreak to the flag

All total it was 170 Merkins and 170 WWI with some stairs, BTW and bear crawls along the way.  Great group this morning.  Gamecock was back in the gloom after a two week hiatus (mumble chattered that he picked the wrong day to come back).  Newfie was back and is only a week away from respect status.  Also really enjoyed having my 2.0 (The Dirty Bird) and Slalom’s 2.0 (Messi) with us.

 

The New Year often brings resolutions.  I challenge everyone to make commitments not resolutions.  Here is a good quote from Jon Gordon to think about:
