Do to the virus we practiced 7/11 and split into to groups for the workout.  Lynard Skynyd and Haavaad co-Q’d.

Warm up together in large circle 11′ apart with some SSH on a 1-2 count for the dancers, arm circles and cotton pickers.

Workout:  We split into two groups and went our separate ways.  Both groups did the 50-50-50-50-20 challenge when reaching their destination.  Group 1 at the 4th street parking deck and Group 2 on the other side of #116.  50 merkins, 50 squats, 50 LBC’s , since we didnt have a pull up bar we did 50 rows instead of 20 pull ups.  All exercises done with Ruck. We then went to the upper deck and occupied every other parking space with a man to ensure the minimum of 11′ of seperation.  Haavaad and Lynard took turns calling out various PT to ensure all body parts got equal treatment.  We then rucked back in our respective groups to the flag for a little mary to finish.

It was great getting back out in the gloom with my F3 brothers.  You were all missed more than i realized.
