I figured that we’d get in the holiday spirit with a little holiday songs adventure:

The thang:

Different stations, all titled after a holiday song.

Rockin’ ‘Round the Christmas Tree: each PAX grabs a rock and does curls for the girls, tricep extensions, and squats (12 reps of each). Then mosey around the traffic circle. Rinse and repeat twice.

Mr. Heyman chose I’ll be Home for Christmas over Up on the Housetop, so we next moseyed to the picnic shelter for 11s with urkins and dips.

12 Days of Christmas: Mosey to the circle near the main building entrance. Do one rep of the first exercise. Then do two of the second exercise and one of the first. Then 3 of the third exercise, 2 of the second, and one of the first. Continue through all 12 days- er, exercises:
