Enjoyed  a return to BLP for the first time in a while to put the Pax through some of the fun things the park has to offer

The Thang

  • Warmups: SSH, Good Mornings, Good Evenings, Collard Pickers
  • Around the track to the first intersection- series of exercises, HR burpees, HR merkins, etc.
  • Mosey to the entrance circle for some plank shuffles and merkins
  • Rock Pile: series of exercises (adding in Pax choices) and run to the tree line and back in between- 3 sets
  • Back to the track for some bear crawl slalom around the posts near the volleyball court, then another series of exercises at the next intersection.
  • Mosey to the center of the ‘star’ for a series of 7s – dips on the wall and bear crawl to the fence for some BTTW chicken peckers (and mosey back)
  • Stayed at the wall for people’s chair with exercises- 3 sets- 5 seconds per Pax, 10 seconds, then 15
  • To the flag, where all arrived right at 6:15
