4 PAX showed up and did WORK! Here is how it went down.

Spoke about F3 Mission Statement, the Five core principles and the Credo. Knowing the answer meant 1 Burpee reward not knowing meant 5 Burpee penalty. This went on throughout the workout with YHC asking different PAX what the Mission Statement, 5 Principles and Credo were, by the end they learned some things they did not know.
Flag Indian Run around park track.
Mosey over to the shelter and Snake the table tops, then some Plankorama for the PAX.
Head over to play ground equipment for rounds of 7’s doing Derkins and Pull-ups.
Go over to the fence by the track for Triple B’s
After this we lined up at the wall for Peoples Chair 10 count then Chicken Pecker’s 6 count mosey to the flag for some Mary of Flutter Kicks (10) by Madoff, Freddie Mercury’s (10) by Chicken Wang and almost got Monarch to do some Mary, but time ran out.
