YHC wasn’t sure exactly what he was going to do when he pulled up to BLP, but one thing was for sure- the wind wouldn’t quit. YHC doesn’t remember the flag ever not being fully extended the entire workout. But on to the fun….

Introduction/Disclaimer/Pledge/Warmup: SSH, Good Mornings, Good Evenings, Michael Phelps.

The Thang: Mosey to the Rock Pile and choose a coupon. We did curls for the girls, tricep extensions, bent-over rows, and squats, 10 reps each. Then rotate one rock to the right and do the set again, 15 reps each. Then rotate one rock to the right and do the set again, 20 reps each. Then keep rotating and come down, 15 reps and 10 reps.

Mosey to the baseball field for viscous circle: mosey around the bases while one PAX goes to the center and does 5 of an exercise. Then he rejoins the circle and the next person goes to the center. Repeat until everyone’s done the exercise. Then repeat with a new exercise. We did BLIMPS: Burpees, Lunges, Imperial Walkers, Merkins, Plank Jacks, and Squats. As it had rained the night before, the infield’s condition made for much joy and excitement as we rounded the bases.

Then it was off to the shelter for 11s with urkins and dips. With a few more minutes left, we moseyed to the building (taking care to use the side of the building that shielded us from the wind) for rounds of People’s Chair, Balls to the Wall, People’s Chair, and Chicken Peckers, each PAX doing a 10-count.

Quick mosey to the flag for some Mary- American Hammers and LBCs – and it was 6:15.
