YHC was in serious thought on the drive to BLP having no Pax post for the last 2 weeks.  If no one shows today even more serious thought would have to be given towards letting the AO die out.  The Postings for the Afternoon workouts have always been small, but intense.  Thankfully Goose was waiting when YHC pulled up.  Goose is in the same boat as YHC with an early work day, it’s hard to make a 5:30 work out when you start work at 0500…  Early Bird pulled up just in time to circle up. And so:

Mosey to the bleachers and grab some real-estate for 20 Windshield Wipers IC

Run the trail to the next clearing – 10 Lt. Dans IC

Run the trail to the next clearing and move over to the slope – 25 WWII sit-ups OYO

Run the trail to the next clearing – 10 Slow & 10 Fast Flutter Kicks IC

Run the trail to the next clearing – Plank-O-Rama hi-low-hi 10 count ea

Turn Around and run it back, stopping at each clearing for:

High Lunges on the Bridge, WWI sit-ups on the slope, Freddy Mercury’s fast and slow

Last trail was an all out sprint back to the bleachers and then a “recovery” mosey back to the Shovel Flags

To finish up:

30 sec of High knees, 30 sec of Butt kickers, 30 sec of step ups Rt leg, 30 sec of step ups Lt leg, 20 Rocky situps, Planks w/ DD & CS, 20 Box Cutters, 20 Penguin taps, 20  Reverse Crunches care of Early Bird, & 10 Wide V-ups care of Goose
