Mosey to the Towne Bank Tower: Partner up. Dora 1-2-3. 100 merkins, 150 squats, 200 lbcs. Partner jogged to the 4th light on the right while their partner performed exercises.
Mosey to the tunnel of pain: Balls to the wall (count of 5); People’s chair (count of 5)

Prayer requests: Prayers for pax going to Blue Ridge this weekend, all students and teachers. Gazelle’s oldest 2.0 gets his cast off today, Mr. Heyman’s aunt whose house caught on fire Saturday night, all of those affected by the hurricanes
