The HIM’s at Eagles Ridge endured the suck together this morning in a very impressive way.  Shout out to Coat Hanger for sticking with the group this morning and going through PT, way to go and stick with it!!

Warm Ups

The pledge of allegiance, side straddle hops, arm circles, monkey humpers, and deep hamstring stretchs

We jogged to the meadows where we performed the Bermuda triangle:  bear crawl 30 yds, 1 burpee, bear crawl to another point, 2 burpees, and bear crawl back to the original point, and do 3 burpees.  Rinse and repeat X 3

Also at the meadows we did four corners.  First corner was merkins, skip to the next corner, LBCS, hop to the next corner, Urkins, run backwards to the next corner, flutter kicks.  This was a 3 round work out and increased by 5 reps each round.  5, 10, 15.

After the meadows we jogged to the flag pole/rock pile where everyone chose two rocks, the following exercises were completed:

10x10x10 curls, overhead tricep extension, behind the back tricep extension, bent over row, alternating arm curls, rock burpees, lawnmower pull(not sure of the official name of this one.  After a round of this, we all took three steps clockwise and picked up another PAX rocks and rinse and repeated.

We finished the workout with preachers chair and sacs on the wall.
