We prayed for our F3brother in G’ville whose child is at Duke Med and for all those will illness, pain, anxiety, as well as fear & confusion with all that’s happening in our world these days, and that God would help each of us be the friends, fathers, husbands, and leaders He has created and called us to be.

We convinced Forrest to lead us on a  45 minute run Wednesday morning to try to add a run workout to our F3Kinston menu.
