Cold temperatures awaited the brave eight PAX who made the concious decision to wake up and run Friday morning. Shoutout to @Long Distance, @Sprinter (Respect), @Goggles (Respect) and @Forrest for completing the pre workout 6-pack ab exercises.
Tha Thing
Right out of the dog park, left on the side road that loops to the Neuseway Nature center to avoid the main highway, left on King Street, through Tinsel Town lighted Christmas village in Pearson Park, right on Gordon to Queen, Right on Queen, Right on King, Right at the Nature Center, loop back to make a right on King, back to the dog park, looped the muddy dog park trail a couple of times until we hit 4 miles.
Prayers & Praises –
Praises -Truth Hurts 8 minute mile pace for the last mile, Gopher hit 8 miles on Thursday evening on his run,
-Pray for Waterboy, Oxy and their respective families as they battle through Covid-19 complications
-Honesty of PAX to inform everyone of health and where they posted
-Praise for Bethel making it through the semester without too many complications
-Pray for Fireant as he has strep but not covid-19
-Continue to encourage @Lt. Dan as he and other PAX including @Scrappy as they wait on Covid-19 season
