The Kinston Dog Park is the AO under review for the Kinston Greyhounds. The site will focus on running each Friday morning.

It’s extremely exciting and motivating to begin a new chapter even in our day to day life. Thank you Truth Hurts for the motivational lesson on “chapters of life” today. This morning, 7 HIMs crawled out into the cold morning air and made their way over to the Kinston Dog Park. Luckily, no swimming was involved; however, the water is rising and moving fast.

Today, the majority of the trails on the dog park were covered in 3-4 feet of water, so the PAX hit the highway and headed toward the big city of Kinston. The course was a semi out and back run that started at the dog park and went down HWY 11 for about a mile. We turned left on Herritage Street until we hit Vernon Avenue. Once we got to Vernon Avenue, we ran until the 20 minute mark / hit Queen Street. We took Queen Street back to Hwy 11 to finish the run to the dog park. Tclaps for Gopher getting back out there after being sick the last two weeks (non-Covid). Happy Birthday to Mule who celebrated his 41st birthday on 11/19!

Circle of trust was full of praise today: healthy bodies, Gopher’s return, the Lenoir County Sheriff was released and returned home after being shot in the neck last night, Truth Hurts improvement, continued strength for Shortstop.

Prayers – For those that have tried F3 and those that need it will join or return to the group.
