Warm up

Jog around the tree of life, 20 ssh, cotton pickers, forward/backward arm circles.

Imperial walkers one side to the other the parking lot. Then lunges back.

Jog across parking lot. Dora with 50 merkins, 100 lbcs, 150 squats and a 100 meter run down and back   in between.

On the wall for 10 count peoples chair. 2 count balls to the wall.

Back to the people’s chair to hold through PAX run to a point 2 burpees.

On the hop to the picnic area. 10,15,20 dips, step ups, derkins, erkins. With a run around the tree of life between each set.

Head back to the flag ending with wwi, dead cockroaches, and several stresses.
