Time to get started on training for the BRR Ruck.  This activity was open to all.  It was fun to combine some of the routes from training to run BRR with some of the unique challenges rucking will create.  This was the first of many trainings and they will get more challenging!

The Thang

Started from Elm Street Park.  Cruised up Elm Street and took a left on 1st Street.   Took a left on Meade Street and went down to 3rd Street and cut over to the next street and went up and over each street all the way to Summit Street where we continued up 1st Street and took a left on Cotanche.

Proceeded to the deck and went up to the top and back down.  Continued on Cotancheup to Library Drive and cut across to the parking deck where we went up and down the stairs and then up and down the ramp.

Moved over to the meat locker where we went down and shuffled back up.  Cut up to 10th Street and went over the nipple and back.  Proceeded Charles to 14th Street, up Rock Springs and over to the Engineering Bldg.  Climbed stairs on both ends and proceeded back to Elm Street.

Tough but loved every minute of it!
