Warm up of ssh and cotton pickers

Run over to the bank with 25 pd kettlebell in hand.

A set of overhead press, curls, tricep extensions, and  arm raises using kettlebell

Run over to the docs. Sets of Curls, overhead press, bent over rows with kettlebell runs around the bank between each set.

Run to the pier over looking water. More curls, presses, erkins, and round the worlds using kettles.

Run to the benches for dips, step ups, and kettle bell raises.

Back to flag for a cool down of wwi, around the worlds, and bent over rows with kettlebell.
