Nickleback and YHC made our way our to the Collard Patch for the third leg of our 12 Miles of Ruckmas. It is has been a beast of a challenge for us newbies who are new in this rucking thing. But, we fought the gloom and came out ready for more.

The previous 2 weeks we competed miles 1-6 ~ so today we did the next 3 (7, 8, 9).

Started at the Collard Patch Rucked a mile (#7) to the Funeral Home.
“On the seventh mile of Ruckmas, my true love gave to me, 7 rucks-a-thrusting, 6 Russian twistings, 5 fooooouuuurrrr-count-flutterkicks, 4 man-makers, 3 overhead presses, 2 simple squats, and a push-up with my heavy ruck on.”

Rucked back a mile (#8) to the park.
“On the eighth mile of Ruckmas, my true love gave to me, 8 walking lunges, 7 rucks-a-thrusting, 6 Russian twistings, 5 fooooouuuurrrr-count-flutterkicks, 4 man-makers, 3 overhead presses, 2 simple squats, and a push-up with my heavy ruck on.”

Rucked approx. 4 laps around the track of the park to get the last mile (#9) for day.
“On the ninth mile of Ruckmas, my true love gave to me, 9 standard sit-ups, 8 walking lunges, 7 rucks-a-thrusting, 6 Russian twistings, 5 fooooouuuurrrr-count-flutterkicks, 4 man-makers, 3 overhead presses, 2 simple squats, and a push-up with my heavy ruck on.”
