The Thang: Run the long way around the stadium to the Blackbeard circle.  7’s Derkins at Blackbeard run to stairs and Sumo Squat at the top, Run to the tennis court hill 7’s Wide arm Merkin at the top, crawl bear to bottom and jump squat then bear crawl to the top, Run to the wall on the pool building 7’s Chicken Peckers at the wall run to the bottom of the hill to stop sign and do regular squats run back to the top.  Mosey back to the flag and pax choice until 0615.

We conquered several hills, this morning, multiple times and got at least 1% better each time.  We all finished 2021 right to start 2022 strong.
