On the drive into town I obviously used the power of Taylor Swift’s latest song to inspire YHC and the workout. With this being my 3rd Q, the pre-nervous poops were gone and I was ready to Q confidently at 5:30. Since I had been to Open House last night, I decided to take the PAX to Mr. P’s classroom.
The Thang
Spelling Test- we warmed up the legs with a tribute to TAYLOR SWIFT
Social Studies- The PAX honored the flag with 13 irkins and 50 bunny hops
Math- The PAX moseyed to the big hill to practice counting to 11. Plank-jacks at the bottom and squats at the top.
To get back to the flag the PAX had two options. A was a full lap around the stadium and back to the flag. B was cutting between Minges and the stadium with imperial walkers and merkins until the 6 arrived.
The Snake Lunge- Inspired by T-Swift’s creepy insta posts this week the PAX moseyed to the Minges Meadow and started behind one tree. PAX lunged across the meadow to the tree across then sideways bear-crawled to the next tree. Then a backward lunge across the meadow. PAX completed this until the last tree. At 6:00 YHC called for a 6 burpee OYO pause in the snake then resumed. Once finished the PAX sprinted to shake off the legs before rinsing-and-repeating the snake and sprint.
With a few minutes to spare the PAX rounded out the workout with bunnyhops until YHC called time.

Moleskin: This was the first time Qing at the stadium! It was a challenging week for YHC with figuring out how to balance grad school, two jobs, and an internship. Every morning I post I’m motivated to press onward each day. Thank you for all the HIM who push me to be an example and light in my community!
