Showed up for EC and got to know Breezy a little better.  EC is a great way to get in some extra fellowship.  Got back to the flag and got everybody ready for the beatdown!

The Thang

After POA and Warmups, we moved over to the benches.  We did a count down from 10-1, followed by 9-1, and so on in rapid succession of the following exercises:  Irkins, Bench Squats, Dips

We then moseyed to the meadow and partnered up for some Lazy Dora:  100 Hand Release Merkins while partner held plank, 200 LBCs while partner held 6 inches, and 300 Monkey Humpers Squats while partner held a squat hold.  Partners switched at 25.

We then moseyed to the big parking lot driveway where we did some 11s with Mountain Climbers at the top of the driveway and WW2s at the bottom.

Moseyed back to the meadow for a final round of 20 plank jacks at each tree with a run in between.

Finished at the flag right on-time!  Proud of the guys because we stayed moving!
