Skipper needed a Q… Phalanx Shieldlock couldn’t meet… YHC stepped up and grabbed YHC’s first #ruckon Q.
Got there and everyone had a ruck but Monarch, so YHC scooted over to the truck and got that man a 30# ruck. After the shock of the weight wore off, he was good to go.
5:15 a.m. the boys got after it with the direction to head down Elm to the Greenway and then make your way back to the flag by 6:15 a.m.
Two pace groups formed up and Gamecock worked on his speed running between the groups and ahead of the faster group.
6:15 a.m. All returned to the flag for COT, prayers, announcements, and a pretty picture.
