Part of life is finding comfort in uncomfortable circumstances, being calm in the midst of chaos, being a source of light in darkness. Taking the daily red pill #DRP prepares us to be the men that our families/communities can rely on in moments of discomfort, chaos, and darkness. “If not now…when, if not me then…who?”

Not one of us can or are made to go at life alone!

The men that showed up today knew they would find discomfort. Why do you show up? For YHC, it is for the man on the left and right. To plant, grow, serve!

Last night, was not able to get to sleep for various reasons until after midnight. Waking up would be a struggle, yet an opportunity. An opportunity to be resilient, to overcome, to lead, to gain confidence, and most importantly to serve. Men #GiveItAway! Always Be Headlocking #ABH! Men all around us right now need F3, the brotherhood, the encouragement, the daily accountability. Who will hear about F3 from you – today, tomorrow and the day after…?
