Sprints to each line on the tennis court

The Thang

  • Run the Greenway to St. Peters
  • 4th to the field on 4th and Hickory
  • On the field run to the first tree, one jump squat, run back. Run to the second tree, two jump squats, run back. Pattern until the Q says recover.
  • Run to Forest Hill back towards the Greenway/Elm St. Park
  • PAX 10 count: waiting for the cars to pass (y’all got lucky)
  • Partner run:  starting in the middle of Elm St., one runs towards 14th and the other 10th. Meet in the middle and switch.

COT

  • Families traveling during vacation week
  • Pray for Underdog’s family with the loss of his uncle
  • Families going through job losses and changing jobs
