Several PAX met up at 0500 for some EC and then circled back to the AO at 0515 to pick up Cornhole. It was 26 degrees when we met up, so there wasn’t any standing around and we got right to it.
All PAX managed to get in 3.5 – 5.75 miles this morning. This was Sand Trap’s last workout in Washington as a “regular attendee” since he’s moving to Denton, but we’re expecting him to join us when visiting.
CoT and The Queen Bee closed us out in prayer.
