4 PAX met up at 0500 to get started with some EC.  We circled back at 0515 to pick up Foxy Lady.  Instead of just striking off for a long run, YHC decided to mix it up with some speed drills.

For the next 45 minutes, we did multiple sets of moseying, sprinting, walking, accel/decel, and cadence drills.  We even threw in some calf raises and wall sitting.  To wrap it up, we hit the boardwalk where we sprinted from one pole to the next and then walked two.  This continued the entire length of the waterfront.

CoT and Foxy Lady closed us out in prayer.  YHC received some mixed reviews on today’s workout.  It was a different workout, but we still managed to get 4.25 miles.  Until next week…
