Coupon work

  • Each PAX farmer carries 50lb coupons in each hand 25m and back. While he is going out, rest of PAX are in high plank, while he is coming back, rest of PAX are in low plank. When he gets back all PAX do 10 mercans together. Recover while next PAX approaches coupons. Total 100 mercans.
  • Micheal phelps x10
  • Same coupon set up – Squat hold while PAX taking coupon out and back, 10 squats together when he gets back. Total 100 squats.
  • Jump squats x10
  • Same coupon set up – Different ab work while PAX is out and back. Total 10 ab exercises.

Wall work

  • Peoples chair with all PAX doing hallelujahs while each man counts to ten
  • Overhead clap x50
  • Peoples chair with all PAX doing high knees along line

  • Balls to the wall with each PAX doing ten chicken peckers one at a time
