This was my first time Q’ing and I wanted to change up from the norm a little and drag some things out.  PAX met at the Landing Strip in good force, totaling thirteen.  It was cool, windy morning good for a workout.  I ended up having cut my workout short and got a little co-help from the PAX.

The Warm-Up

  • Good Mornings – 10 In Cadence
  • Don Quixotes – 10 In Cadence
  • Butt Kickers – 10 In Cadence
  • Merkins – 10 In Cadence
  • LBC – 20 OYO
  • Burpees – 5 OYO
  • Squats – 20 OYO
  • Merkins – 10 Calling Up  and Down
  • LBC – 20 OYO
  • Burpees – 10 OYO
  • Squats – 20 OYO

The Thang

  • We took a short mosey around the circle and into the front parking lot.
  • We paired up in the parking lot and did a “buddy drag”.  Starting at the curb we drug our partner backwards to the center of the parking lot and then switched up.  This was done twice.  Then we did 10 squats, I called the Up and Down.
  • With some help from PAX, we filled in the rest of the time by taking a mosey out to the main road while brainstorming ideas.
  • We then sprinted back to the beginning of the parking lot.  We paired back up.  We would alternate one of us running to the first speed bump and back while the other worked out 100 merkins, 200 squats, and then 300 LBCs.
  • We then ran back to the circle to finish up.

Ending

  • Don Quixotes – 5 , Called Left and Right to stretch everything out, and finishing in the center touching the ground.
  • Count-a-rama, Name-o-rama, prayers.
