We started the morning off with some stretches. Good Mornings x10, Windmills x10, Butt Kickers x10. Followed by a couple rounds of Merkins, LBCs, Burpees, and Squats. We then moseyed to the airport circle, alternating sprint, jog between lamp posts. At the airport circle , we paired up for catch me if you can. One ran while the other exercised then ran to catch up and switch. Mountain Climbers x20, Squats x20, Merkins x20.  When finish we moseyed back to the ball field. We then did a little stretching before the next exercise. We paired back up to complete a buddy drag back and forth between two sets of cones. We finished with a couple Mary’s. Count-o-Rama and Name-o-Rama. FNG named Leprechaun. Finally a healthy heart sharing circle of trust and then prayer!
