Returned to playground for speed circuit:

Station 1 Merkins, Parker Peters and Dips – 20 each

Station 2 Buddy pull-ups, Jump Squats, Plank Jacks – 10 each

Run lap around baseball field.

Rinse repeat x2

Hold plank for 6  combination of BTW and reg-U-lar (as Duct Tape calls them)

Mosey to parking lot-

Split in two groups at 50 yards apart. Suicide Relay 4x.

If your heart rate isn’t elevated you must be dead.

Held plank for cool down – with one bear crawl to avoid on coming truck.
