Saw Grammar’s request on Twitter for a replacement Q for Rush and gladly stepped up to assist.  Came up with a plan to drop a beat down on the Pax by adding a degree of difficulty with “hand release” variety of exercises and here’s how it went down:

Warmup consisted of 12 SSH, Good Mornings, & High Knees

The Thang

Partnered up for Catch Me If You Can with Partner 1 doing 10 Hand Release Merkins (Herkins) while Partner 2 ran.  2 laps around track completed.

Moved on to 4 Corners around the full football field with reps of 50 of Gorilla Humpers @ 1st Corner, Plant Jacks @ 2nd Corner, Herkins @ 3rd Corner, & Finished Up with Squats.

Next Exercise was a little Quarter Pounder Action.  Start at One Goal line and run 100 Yards for exercise, backwards run back to original goal line and perform 10 Hand Release Burpees (Hurpees) each time.  Exercises were 25 Carolina Dry Docks, 50 Mountain Climbers, 75 Jump Squats, & 100 LBCs.  Added a 200 Yard Sprint to loosen those tight muscles up at the end.

Moseyed back to the Flag for Mary of Thors, Slinkies, Windshield Wipers, & WWIs
