It was a brisk morning Thursday, good light rain ready to freshin’ us up. At the site I was a little worried I’d be going solo since it was 5:29 and no one had showed. Right at 5:30, Slim, Belly Dancer and Bambino showed up.

Warm Up: Did some side straddle hops, merkins and two laps around the track to get to going.

The Thang: After that we did 4 rounds of 20 Cpt. Thors, 20 leg raises and 20 Aqua Ladies. We mossyed over to the pull up bars and did a max out of the pull ups and a max up out of chin ups. To finish out the morning we got on the goal line and bear crawled 10 yards and did the number of burpees ff the yards we were at divided by 10 (10yrds=1 burpee, 20yrds=2 burpees). At the 50 we switched to crab walk and continued the trend.
