Belly Dancer had asked me to Q The Rush awhile back and I had never Q’d there so I was excited to incorparate some of the school property in the work out.  Last night as I was planning out my work out Mayhem called and asked what we were going to to.  He mentioned that his wrist was injured and I promised no burpees.  0530 rolls around, disclaimer given, no Mayhem so off we go with…….2 rounds of Circle Burpees.

Mosey to the stadium for “storm the stadium”……3 rounds up/down.  The shadows and our old eyes made this a bit dangerous.

Mosey back down to the bench for super step ups/irkins/dirkins.

Indian run back to the entrance for a few rounds of balls to the wall and headed back to the flag for some sprints.
