Warm Up:

Challenged by Aquaman at his intense and informative Q school, the PAX began the day with no sissy set of SSH’s or Goodmornings. Rather:

50 Smurf Jacks

The Thang:

Mosey to the breezeway for 11’s  with Dirkins and Dips. Again inspired by the inspiring Aquaman, YHC invoked his Q privileges and cut the set short, on account of his being tired of sprinting.

Mosey to the football field for 100 yards of lunges. Every ten yards the PAX took a break for Jump Squats, descending a ladder from 10 to 2. When we hit the opposite goal line, we executed 10 more to ensure that our glutes were fully engaged.

Mosey to the bleachers for the MAGICAL MILE. Four sets of 10 Pull Ups, 20 WWI’s and 30 Mountain Climbers followed by a lap on the track. The Pax for relied on each other heavily to make the Pull Ups, offering substantial spotting and grunts of encouragement. Halfway through, YHC cut the reps in half, but we conquered the mile.

Mosey to the flag for Mary. Bed Pan tried to kill the PAX with 50 leg lifts, but everyone survived.
