The Thang

  • Pax began with an Indian run as we left JH Rose and then paired up as we hit the green way to visit our F3 brothers over at the Clydesdales AO at Dowdy-Ficklen.  Oxyclean in in VQ was putting the guys through a gauntlet of exercises, so the boys from The Rush joined in for a round or two.  Tonka was used as a bar bell as another Pax used him to squat out some reps.
  • We returned to the green way and poured on the coals as we headed back to the flag.  We got in some great cardio and the only rain we encountered was perspiration from our foreheads.  Gamecock rung out a 5 gallon bucket of sweat from his Clemson t-shirt.

COT/BOM

  • Prayers for safety and stamina for upcoming Sasquatch event.
  • Prayers for Gamecock’s son as he travels for schooling and adventure.
  • Prayers for Mayhem’s friend’s mother and her health.

Moleskin

Always an honor to Q anywhere in F3 ENC and enjoy pushing myself and my fellow brothers.  Only us as individuals know how much effort we put into our workouts and thus need to hold ourselves accountable.  That being said, we need to give max effort while allowing adequate time for rest and recovery.  I love the different personalities in our group and look for to the big convergence of F3 Pax this coming Saturday at the Town Commons as we push ourselves through a formidable Sasquatch event and enjoy the comradery.
