Warmup

-SSH 15 IC

-Good Mornings 10 IC

The Thang

-Mosey to the People’s Pier

-Alternate Chinups and Dips – 1,5,2,10,3,15,4,20,5,25

Mosey back to the Gazebo (grab 2 bricks to used for the remainder of the workout)

-Perform 4 2-exercise circuits, 10 reps each exercise/3 rounds per circuit

1. T-Merkin/Squat w/press

2. Bent over reverse fly/On back, legs straight up with flyes

3. Merkins with row/Lunges wit bicep curl

4. Good Mornings/WWII’s

Finished off with Lunges with a twist.
