14 PAX came out on a cold blustery day. Since it was the start of Lent, it was time to sacrifice!

The Thang:

5 stations were set up along the Effing loop. PAX could either do the listed exercise or “sacrifice” and do the alternate exercise listed- some were easier, some more difficult. All PAX completed 2 loops around. The exercises listed first were:

50 Merkins, 50 Derkins,  100 squats,100 LBCs, 100 lunges. Alternates were  Bear crawl to next station, 10 pullups and 10 knee lifts at Gaylord’s ledge, run 2 Effin loops, 150 Hallelujahs, 15 Burpees.

PAX completed this so fast that we had time to mosey to stone wall. There we did 20 Bulgarian one leg squats (10/leg), 20 Dips and 20 box jumps/step ups. Mosey back to AO for a few minutes of Marys.

Countarama, Namearama. Announcements- March 7th 9:00 we will go to St Johns church to lead a youth group in exercise followed by some testimony.
