Today we focused on a high intensity workout that covered all muscle groups. With a solid group of veterans, and FNG, and fellow F3’r “Mini Me” from Charlotte we started with a warmup and a Mosey down the Boardwalk. We had a series of Merkins and Dips along the Boardwalk and then a Mosey to the Baptist Church where we in pairs ran a series of stair, burpees, and Merks. Everyone started to get a little winded so Flo kicked a 20 count. We moseyd to the courthouse steps to run some more stairs and Jump squats. Followed by a final mosey and sprint to the finish line. We circled up for the last 10 minutes for abdominal core work out to help some of us counteract a few beers and biscuits. Closed out with naming FNG – Dominique “Burke”, and some good prayer offered up to the Lord!
