Thang I: Bear in a Square

5 burpees at each corner-cone with a bear crawl (25 yrds.) in-between cones. (2 cycles)

 

Thang II: 10 mins. With Need to Breathe: “Brother Let Me Be Your Shelter” on Repeat

10 Merkins 10 Squats

5 Burpees 10 Squats

 

Rinse, lather, and repeat for 10 mins.

Cinder blocks with crossbeams at varying heights.  Jump, Jump over the crossbeams of varying heights when Kiss Kross hits the chorus.  Lunges during the freestyle portion OYO.
