YHC did EC solo so I decided to visit downtown and ruck around. It was nice and calm!

The Thang
Rucked towards the parking deck. After each intersection, we did 5 merkins and 10 squats

At the parking deck, we did 25 curls and 20 tricep extensions, shuffled up to the next level, and repeated the exercises until we got to the top deck. At the top, we did 51 flutter kicks and 25 LBCs. PAX put the ruck above their head and walked down the stairs to the bottom of the parking deck.

We rucked back to flag repeating the 5 merkins, 10 squats at each intersection.

At the flag, PAX got into plank position with ruck on. One PAX would carry two water bottles to the 3rd street entrance and back while other PAX stayed in plank. We rotated and repeated this 2x. We ended with a ruck around the school to cool down.
