Feel the Burn

We went from some basic stretches to the parking garage. We did several rounds of PT including 21’s, balls to the wall, overhead press, and tricep extensions. Then we hustled to the top of the garage for more PT. V-ups, flutter kicks, LBC’s and others. We then took the long way back to the flag. In all we covered a little over 3 miles. The mumble chatter was positive and encouraging. Good job men!
