- The nice, cool morning started with a good warm up ruck of 3.3 miles with 4 PAX who had some great conversations. It included Lynyrd Skynyrd giving parental advice to a young gentlemen who wanted to pick a fight with a car. Needless to say he wasn’t receptive to the advice. Once back at the flag our ranks grew to 6. We had the same mileage but with the addition of lunges across the breezeway of the science and tech building, 20 squats at both ends of the stairs. We also added 20 curls, tricep extensions, and thrusters to the mix. Awesome morning!
