We started with the Pledge then warmed up with SSH no ruck, Good morning’s with ruck, and ruck overhead old 10 ct each pax ending with challenge for fastest ruck up.

We then headed out for miles with various upper body PT dispersed throughout.  We ended up with about 3.2 miles and swole. First stop for PT was at the Emmys on 10th beside the Nipple.
