The Thang:
A good long ruck (with quality convo) from 3rd Street to Town Commons, and across bridge to greenway entrance. Rucked the greenway till 0730 then made the turn back to 1st street, and from there back to the flag pole (no flag). Finished with merkins, name-o-rama, prayers for injured and struggling pax, prayers for a family who lost sister to suicide, prayers for brothers at 10 year anniversary, and praise for F3 and it’s impact on improving lives. Thanks for the Q opportunity Haavaad.
