Mosey to parking lot by batting cage. Each PAX on a parking line. 10s-9 squats then frog leap/bear crawl across lot to 1 burpee. Continue counting down the 10…modify as needed.
When finished, run around the softball field then plank or pick up the 6.
We the moseyed to the picnic shelter and split into 2 groups, half AMRAP dips on picnic tables and half AMRAP pull-ups on playground equipment for 30 seconds then switch. 5 exercises each.
